Her role as Head of Resourcing for one of the big four professional services firms in South Africa gave her the opportunity to manage projects spanning the breadth of resourcing activities, while her more recent experience with a leading global resources company was focused on aspects such as resourcing, talent management, culture and engagement.
Within this, she has participated in the design and delivery of a talent management system for graduates at a professional services firm, with a strong emphasis on development components. More recently, she facilitated the roll out of a talent management system into a customer sector group within a mining organisation. This included all aspects of the associated change management process.
Lianne joined Kaya in 2008. Here, she has contributed in the area of capability assessment and development, undertaking the development of curricula for a number of client development programs, with topics including wellbeing, engagement, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, stress management and interpersonal relationships.
Lianne has a Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology, which she achieved cum laude. She was awarded the Bronze Medal for being the Top Masters Student for 2000 across faculties. Her thesis on emotional intelligence and team effectiveness has been presented at various conferences and published in numerous publications.
