Individual wellbeing program:

Practical wellbeing

Since 2014, Kaya has been developing wellbeing models, measurement tools and programs based on the best scientific evidence. When we're in a good place – mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually – that's what we call 'optimal wellbeing'. Research shows that there are seven key resources* that contribute to optimal wellbeing. Increasing the amount of these resources provides resilience, enabling us to cope better when we encounter challenges.

What makes our wellbeing programs different?

Our workplace wellbeing programs encompass all factors that contribute to optimal wellbeing, both personal and professional. This holistic approach means participants can use these learnings across all aspects of their lives. Our emphasis on frontloading resources - building them before they are required – provides the foundation for resilience.

Psychology-based, our programs explore how we think about wellbeing. Often, we know what we should do to build wellbeing, but struggle to make lasting change. We explore how thinking can keep us trapped in unhealthy habits and show how thinking can become our most powerful tool for change.
