Organisational culture wellbeing program:

Building wellbeing coalition capability

Workplace wellbeing is increasingly recognised as a priority for organisations. Smaller organisations may not have the luxury of a specialist role responsible for deliver a health and wellbeing strategy.

Developing an effective wellbeing team.

One option is to create a wellbeing task force – a team of employees from across the business responsible for developing and implementing organisational wellbeing strategies. As with any team, the sooner there is a shared understanding about their purpose and how best to work together, the sooner they will become effective.

As organisational psychologists – registered professionals with expertise in people at work – Kaya has combined our knowledge of wellbeing*, team effectiveness* and leadership* to support organisations delivering their own wellbeing strategies.
