Is it possible to create a specific organisational culture? Yes. While culture might seem to evolve by itself, it is the result of subtle signals from leadership behaviours and business decisions, demonstrating what an organisation truly values.

Crafting a wellbeing culture requires organisational sponsors - key employees to develop and visibly promote wellbeing efforts. We partner with wellbeing sponsors team to understand an organisation's current wellbeing culture and explore all internal and external levers that can be used to signal the importance of wellbeing.
